Can Women Be Diagnosed With Genital Herpes I Need Advice From Pregnant Women With Genital Herpes...?

I need advice from pregnant women with genital herpes...? - can women be diagnosed with genital herpes

I am in my second pregnancy and has been with GH at the very beginning of this pregnancy is diagnosed. I did it when I did not know my first child, however, and not diagnosed correctly (long story) was.

I had my first child vaginally and thank God, he is perfectly healthy, if I knew that the virus had opted for a Caesarean section.

My question is this .... was now that I was correctly diagnosed, the doctors gave me Valtrex for epidemics to take. I also say that at 35 weeks, I'll go every day for an outbreak at the time of my birth prevented. But now that I am fully aware that my diagnosis, I was scared to pieces.

I would love it if other their stories with me and tell me if you have selected the common elective caesarean vaginal elected.

Please, no rude comments, or hate, I really need some advice.

Thank you.

I would "fear" of being in a new drug during my pregnancy!
It is quite new on the market! Acyclovir and Valtrex is SUPER-1 is acyclovir was introduced some time ago!

In addition to this problem - I had herpes Beautiful Child 3 freely provided in very good health, in section C ... and I think I provide my best for my children, too, that 100% would not pay for my mistakes from the past

Please email me if you need further advice

Most importantly, no symptoms of an outbreak during labor and that the virus is controlled.

Take your Valtrex as planned, to avoid damage to newborns.

In my opinion, if herpes is during labor is active, you receive a C-section, but otherwise you can get a vaginal childbirth. Ask a gynecologist anyway.

My sister, as I have genital herpes.

She had three healthy babies than vaginal birth - it is not really a problem at all, if you have an epidemic.

Remember that one quarter and one third of pregnant women who are currently herpes. The vast majority of them will have a vaginal birth without risk - are not really alone, and it is something that your gynecologist sees all the time, so he knows whereof he speaks.

Sorry. I GH but I feel for you. Remember that there is nothing you just take your med every day for the prevention and treatment of outbreaks do. I hope you have a good support system and people who stayed home. No definition of the diagnosis, because nothing can change, but now is a good thing if they are used in dealing with all these! Good luck

I would not have a vaginal birth. There is always the possibility that you have a house and do not know.
I'm sure you've done your homework and know how bad it is for a newborn, the virus is.
I mean caesareans are not as bad behavior. Good luck with the new baby.

First, I'm a guy. I will try to give advice as a man and not as a human being.

Mostly it's your call. Your doctor may recommend a Caesarean section to the chances of infecting her child to reduce herpes. I know that natural birth is a spiritual feeling, but think about the welfare of his son. Herpes can be given to their children during birth. The majority of cases the virus in their eyes, causing blindness.

I'm sorry, you have to live it. You should weigh the opportunities and risks of infection. I would say that a caesarean would be the safest way.

Good luck

I have genital herpes for a long time was now ripe, and I consider myself fairly well informed. I had no children, but this question seems a lot of Yahoo! A, and I can certainly share what I saw.

Some women say: "I had a vaginal delivery, and it is perfect. Unless a house, no problem."

Other women say: "Why take that risk? Select a caesarean is 100% sure there would be no problem."

Frankly, I do not think it is a wrong answer. You have to decide what is best for you. Do not be convinced that the doctor caesarean - and do not allow doctors to convince a caesarean. If you go this route, you find a doctor who will do a cesarean.

I have a link to a site about herpes and a big embarrassment. Looks like you are well informed.

Good luck.
