Is there a phone number I call for a list of foreclosed homes in Washington County in Oregon and Washington to Vancouver? What should I expect to pay a foreclosure home? I have seen many of them for $ 8K-$ 12K. Why would anyone leave their house in foreclosure when you owe only $ 8K in it?
